It's All About Me!

It all started on this day in 1981. That was the day that Ashley Paige entered this world thirty years ago. I thought that on such a landmark birthday, it justifies a little walk down memory lane. It's still hard to believe that I am old enough to be 30. Time flies when you're having fun! So, I have a few pictures throughout the years of previous birthdays. I apologize for the picture quality. I don't have a scanner, so these are pictures of pictures. I also couldn't find the photo album yesterday with most of my birthday pictures, so these are just a few randoms that I found in a box at my parents.

Here I am with my parents at church. This was the day of my baby dedication. I am loving daddy's long hair and beard and mom's straight-out-of-the80s hair! Mom said that after daddy shaved his beard off, I wouldn't go to him because I didn't recognize him.
Here are some pictures from my 1st birthday. We looked and looked for some other pictures, you know of the birthday girl on her 1st birthday. But they are in that mysterious album that is packed away in the gazillion boxes that I have stored at mom and dad's. And you will notice that the picture of the birthday cake is not of the baby celebrating her birthday, it's of my brother blowing out the candles for me. Not much has changed ;-) Kind of like how my baby book is nothing more than what Brad thinks of the new baby. (you know I had to throw that in, mom! I love you ha!!)

 Moving along. Here is my 4th birthday. It was a Care Bear theme.

Yes, look at that death stare/stink eye I was throwing towards Heath!

 And a picture of me on my 5th birthday playing with my brand new My Little Ponies baby nursery. I. Loved. That. Toy!!

Moving right along. 5th birthday. And you will notice that the My Little Pony theme continued over to the party!

Next up we have my 8th birthday party. I was in second grade here, I believe. You will notice in my previous post that my mother's birthday signs are still going strong, 22 years later!

Next up my birthday when I was in fourth grade. Yes. I was the cool kid that had her birthday at Pizza Hut. Nicole (my sister-in-law) and I were discussing this yesterday. I got the game Girl Talk and we played the game at Pizza Hut...on the floor. Yeah, disgusting!

I couldn't find any more birthday pictures. But I did find one from my 18th birthday.

Then I pick back up on my 22nd birthday.

So those are just a few birthdays throughout the past 30 years. Kinda fun to reminisce about the many, many birthdays! And just for fun, I came across a few other old pictures that I will throw in just for some giggles!

I realize that it has been Ashley overload the last two posts, but like I said, on my 30th birthday, it's all about me!!
